Mix-In Slime Bar provides Slime Making Activity, Custom Slime Kit, Kids Birthday Party, Mobile Party Activity, Slime Bar Event, Kids Party Entertainer, Children Party Planner, Slime Workshop and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Mix-In Slime Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mix-In Slime Bar's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mix-In Slime Bar in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mix-In Slime Bar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Term Changes. Mix-In Slime Bar may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
